On March 6th we hosted our March food tasting. We featured items such as Roselli’s Ravioli in Marinara, Roselli’s Pizza Rustico, Roasted Vegetables with Goat Cheese, and wines from Balic winery. This time around we decided to open up the doors of our beloved kitchen and let in the masses. With 175+ attendees, our kitchen was bursting at the seams!
Customers poured in to try new items and get a behind the scenes look into our kitchen. We greeted them with samples, wine, and of course our Roselli’s warmth and charm. Balic Winery brought a range of blends and varietals featuring such favorites as Napoleon Bonaparte, a dry white, Red Velvet, a red blend, and Huckleberry, a fruity choice. While the patrons seemed to love the wine they also loved our new items.
Our family of customers loved our dishes. We heard great feedback on our Potato au Gratin, Spiral Ham, and Spaghetti Squash with Vodka Sauce. But one dish stood out in particular, our Butternut Squash Farrotto! Made with butternut squash, brussel sprouts, yellow onion, pancetta, Romano cheese, and a hint of lemon, this dish is the perfect blend of savory flavors. We were pleased to see how happy the food made our customers!
