Since 1969, we have been creating food we can, and do, share with our own family. The son of Italian immigrants, L.E. and his wife, Dolores, established L.E. Roselli’s Food Specialties in 1969 on a property that was formerly a farm in Medford, NJ. Their ultimate aim was to introduce authentic, and delicious, Italian sauces and foods to south Jersey residents. Though our company and product line has continued to expand, we still utilize Dolores’ original recipes to create incomparably Italian entrees, sides, salads, and more.
Our food and our work are inextricably tied to our family and history. Just as dinnertime evokes memories of family togetherness and tradition, Roselli’s products are the result of a passion passed down through generations. Our blog will allow us to share more about Roselli’s history, along with the history of your favorite foods and other interesting facts.
